Front Page Server Extensions

How do I publish a page on my local web server so it will work with the
frontpage server extensions.
I have extensions installed on local machine, When I make changes and close
and save everything works except the pages that need the extensions. When I
try to publish them to the smae machine it either gives me a remote and local
can't be the same message or can't publis to http://myserver.net/
If it makes a difference I am using DynDns. Thankyou in advance.
