The navigational structure did not carry over when I uploaded the website. I
have checked the shared border on all pages. Is this a problem with the
server? Every file on the local site has been uploaded to the remote site.

FrontPage answers, so please try this to locate a FrontPage group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Office and Desktop
Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications subcategory, find and
open the FrontPage subcategory. Find a group there for your question.
