front page keeps trying to install

even though it is already installed, Frontpage 2002 keeps trying to install
on my computer, almost constantly.
 
What happen when you let it install or if you do a complete re-install?

Perhaps there is an Office Update that's trying to install, and requires the
FP disk for some reason?
