You need to add them via Windows 2003 Server CD:

Control Panel | Add/Remove | Window Components | Application Server | IIS | FP 2002 SE

That article has to do with FrontPage 1.1 and 97.

One Windows 2003 server, you use the extensions that come on the CD, and not
from anywhere else.

And, you do not install FrontPage on the server.

I just checked Control Panel | Add/Remove | Window Components | Application
Server | IIS | FP 2002 SE...the box is checked and installed.
I am still getting the same error message.

Now that I have verified that step, my next issue is when I try to set up a
form to email to the administrator the link goes to WEBBOT-SELF and page cant
be displayed. I have the button set to submit and email administrator.

Have you applies & configured the FP extensions for each web site under IIS MMC?\

Have you configured the FP extensions to process email? You don't set anything directly on the
submit button, you set the email address, etc. under form properties when using the FP Form Handler.

I do not see where or how to add FP ext. for the website. I configured the
form properties to email.

Under IIS MMC, select the specific web, then right click and select All Tasks.
