Front Page Form

Hi,

I have a form I developed in Front Page 2002. I have a
custom confirmation page which has worked for all users
(that I know of) and is not appearing for a user with
Windows 98 and IE V 6.0 2800.1106.

The form data dumps into Microsoft Access and I also have
the 4 extra fields - user name, browser type, timestamp,
and remote computer (as allowed in Front Page 2002 Form
Results Wizard). When I look at this particular user, I
see that her Browser Type is not being collected, but the
other 400 records in that database table show a Browser
Type.

What should I try with this user to allow the
confirmation page to appear for her? Is it a cookies
setting or something else?
