Front Page 2003 Discussion Web Site Error

Hi,

Using the Discussion Web Site Wizard. As it is creating the site I get the
following error:

Server error: The folder "/<site name>/_borders" is marked executable. You
are not allowed to pur files into an executable folder on this server.

Could not find the error in help or the MS site. This site is on my local
computer for now and I have IIS and WWW services running.

Thoughts?
