Front End Back End Design

Hello,

I just created my DB and and within this DB I also created a switchboard
for user simplicity.I have my master copy on my machine, i draged and dropped
the FE on each users folder on the network then placed it on their desktop
from their folder and linked it to the one shared folder(tables) on the
network.Did i do everything correctly since if i try to change the design for
query on one user, the switchboard button using that query on another user
machine gives an error. Should I have copied the front end on something like
a thumb drive and then installed it individually on each users machine?
Please advise if i did this incorrectly?

Did you install shortcuts to a single copy of the front-end, or copies of
the front-end? It sounds like the former, which would explain why someone
changing a query in the (single) front-end could clobber everyone else's use
of it.

Copy full front-end to each user's PC, not a shortcut.
