From vs Send Using

I just reciently switched from outlook express to outlook. In OE when
creating an email there was a From: drop down to select the account to
select the account when sending emails. I find there is a similar
feature in Outlook with the send from button you can add, but is there
a way to get the old OE type From: drop down to appear instead?

account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:
