From the dos prompt my volume is listed as drive C, from Win Vista it is
Drive H, what do I have to do to change it to C.

Disk management doesn't allow me to change the drive letter

Do not start a new thread for the same problem.
Why didn't you mention this in the other thread?
Are you booting from a Dos boot disk?
Or are you using a cmd prompt?
What are D through G?

You've got DOS in your version of Vista? What version is that?

That's odd I did just that earlier today.

What happens when you try to change the drive letter in disk
management?

It will never allow you to change the drive letter of a system
drive/partition.

You're right. I misread the original statement. In my case I wasn't
changing the letter(s) on any system drive.
