From.Sent.To.Subject feilds missing

Hi can you please help, one of our colleagues has problem printing email
messages when the mail is sent using html. What happens is the following:
When the mail is printed the From Sent To and Subject fields are missing.



Any ideas???

Hi I have sorted it, the page set up was set to A3 and not A4
