I have created an HTML file from Powerpoint. Most of the links work fine --
except the ones which link to a bookmark inside an HTML page. All of those
seem to timeout within 5-10 seconds and return me to the initial page.

I'm trying to figure out a way to get this uploaded ... there are too many

No, they'd need to be uploaded to a web server, I'm afraid.
