From AOL to OE in XP/Home

Need steps to migrate from AOL 8.0 to OE, maintaining email msgs, address book, favorites.
AOL prevents access to non-AOL browser.

ALL of that can't be done. I remember a program that allows you to use OE
with AOL as ISP.

It will maintain your mail messages, but does not transfer your address book
and favorites. I personally am using AOL as ISP as well. But I'm using
Wideband and through a router etc; I do not need to use the AOL Browser at
all as the internet feed is sent through my router.I just use the AOL for my
ISP, but do not utilize its STUFF. All of my work goes through OE and IE.
