Fresh install, now computer reboots on it's own

My poor computer is rebooting on it's own after a fresh
install of Windows XP Pro. I went to the event log and
saw this:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x10000050 (0xd4bf8790, 0x00000000, 0x804f2936,
0x00000000). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini110803-10.dmp.

I'm not sure what the problem is, the fans are working (I
thought perhaps the cpu was overheating causing the
reboots). Any suggestions to resolve this problem would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Have you installed anything at all?
Was this a format/clean install or an "over the top" reinstall?
