Freezing

I have Windows XP Pro...my machine just freezes, hangs
while I'm working...I notice it more while I'm on Excel or
Word... I have to re-boot a few times during the day..can
somebody help...apart from that she works ok.

To troubleshoot this, go to Start/Run, type eventvwr.msc and press OK.
Click on the Applications and System menu items and look for any Red X error
messages that correspond to the time the freeze ups occured. Double click
the error message to see the details. On the details dialog box, there is a
small icon that looks like 2 text pages. Click this icon to copy the error
and paste it in a reply here.
