Help!, my browser is creeping between pages, and when
scrolling, its "herky-jerky" and moves slower than i know
how to describe, it almost seems delayed and whenever i
restart my computer, the "ms info" folder is dislayed. I'm
on a cable modem and i've checked the bandwidth speed and
its not the problem..(566kbps) I've also had the
roadrunner service checked and it is working properly..any
ideas?..i'm not very computer literate so please send me
any advice in language idiots can understand..thanks in
advance
