freezing through private working set memory between 60 and 80.000

Outlook always freezes all email boxes -no "inbox or sending" possible unless
we click on "outlook" in "end process" at the Task Manager where "private
working set memory" stays always between 60.000 and 80.000. After "ending
Process" we restart outlook and it works again...temporarely . Very annoying
 
Version of Outlook? Type of mail accounts?
