Freezing Sessions/processes?

I have intermittent problems with users logging off, and
the session going to a black screen, then hanging. It was
suggested I look at the processes that are running. Is
there any way to see what processes are running when the
session is in limbo like this?

In another session, like an admin session, open up
tsadmin.exe and see what processes are running under that
session.

1) Log on to a Terminal Services connection as an
administrator.
2) Right-click on the session task-bar and click on 'Task
Manager'
3) Click on the 'Processes' tab.
4) Check the 'Show all processes from all users' checkbox.
