My explorer keeps shutting down the computer and even going on line here I was solicited to improve my PC performance. I empty cookies and temporary folders every time internet explorer shuts down and still...spam spam spam spam spam

Are the popups IE windows or Windows Messenger? look at
the title bar. If messenger, just disable it in windows.
