Freezing a Word Document

I need to know how to make a word document with blanks to fill in but not
move when typed on. As I type everything moves and I want it to stay frozen
but don't know how to do that.

Make a table, and put each form field in a separate cell.

In the table properties dialog, on the Row tab, check the box to specify row
height and set it to an Exact measurement instead of At Least.
