Freeze Two Columns

I have a spreadsheet that is very wide. I want to keep the leftmost
two columns in view while using scroll bar to display target celss.

What is the functional name/command to use/lookup in Help?

Vince, select C1 then window freeze panes

Using Excel 2002 & 2003

highlight the area to the right of where you want to freeze the eithe
use

Window, Freeze Panes (select from menu)

or

Window, Split.
