freeze panes??

Please, how can I freeze both horizontal & vertical in a worksheet. I can
freeze either by WINDOW, FREEZE, but this only seems to do the Horizontal.

If you click on a cell, and do Window / Freeze panes, it will fix the row above
and the column to the left, so if say you click on cell B2 and do it, you will
fix Row 1 and Col A.

Select, for example, B2 and choose Freeze Panes.

If you click in C4
Window > Freeze Panes.
Columns A & B, and Rows 1 2 & 3, will be frozen.
