Freeze my top navigation bars and logo at the top of each page

I am not a programmer, so I need a fairly simple answer. At the top of each
web page I am creating in my site, I have the company logo and the navigation
bars. I would like that header to stay stationary while the user scrolls down
my web pages, then they always have the navigation bars in view. My web
pages have to be fairly long, since I am creating a product catologue and
need to show all the products. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Easiest way is with Frames; but they create their own problems and are best
avoided.
