freeware trojan software?

Does anyone know of any freeware software that will locate and destroy
trojans?
I use the following programs and didn't realize that none of them delete
trojans: zonealarm, spybot, adaware, spywareguard, spywareblaster, avast
and avg. Avast reports my computer clean and since it's my resident
scanner the trojans were missed. I confirmed them at kapersky.
AVG found several trojans although avast reports my computer clean. AVG
lists them but doesn't give options for moving them to the vault as
it does for viruses.
I've looked for freeware software but haven't found any so far.

"a² free is freeware! You can download and use it completely for
free. You are also allowed to send it to others."

"Updates
a² free is not equipped with an automatic update. But you can
download the free updates manually with the integrated updater.
Automatic updates are also only included in a² personal."

"Freeware! This program contains only the scanner, but no background
guard."

Besides A squared the one is Ewido The freeware version currently available
is limited as it cannot scan archives. The commerical version is not
available yet.

You'd have a hard time finding even a payware trojan scanner/remover
that's worth a toot. Learn to practice safe hex and don't get hit with
them in the first place :

You can have the benefit of a free KAV scan by using antidote:

They update it every Friday, I believe.

And see my web site for sys-up. Trend's Sysclean is a decent free
scanner and cleaner.

Thanks everyone. I'm not sure I would have gotten infected if I'd been
using AVG instead of Avast. I've downloaded the program you suggested
and I'm giving it a try.
