freeware to - when hover over html link, append link to a text file?

is there any freeware to freeware to when you hover over an html link,
it appends the link to a text file?

so you jsut get a text file building up of all the links.

Or, to hover over, and have the link appended to what is in the
clipboard. (then I can paste the clipboard into a file)

closest thing turned out perfect.

firefox extension called "Copy Links"
let me select a whoel load of text and copy it to the clipboard
