I got wcpu 3.30 (Mr. Oda's last version I think) from http://my.vector.co.jp/servlet/System.FileDownload/download/ftp/0/38172/p ack/win95/hardware/cpu/wcpu330.exe but there is no option for system tray either. Also, any option that you select is not saved. So you have to check properties again next time.
