Freeware download antiviruse

I installed Norton and now I have no protecton from pop-ups or from any
spyware or viruses can you help me.
 
No idea what Norton has with "Freeware" but why not remove it and
install a real freeware AV (Avast for instance)

D/l and install
Comodo firewall version 2.0
Avast antivirus ( audio and visual alerts )
Cookiewall
SpywareBlaster
Ad-Aware2007
to name but a few and all free.
Uninstall Norton .

What did you install ? Norton Ghost ?
