personally i prefer cdburnerxp.

For copying audio CDs my favourite is exactaudiocopy. It outperforms
Nero on difficult disks.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a free burner program yet that will
burn ISOs reliably on my burners, and I believe I've tried all the
ones listed here.
