Open Outlook Express, or your newsreading software. Use the option to
"Show All Newsgroups".
Very few newsgroups cost anything; there are tens of thousands of free
ones.
Please note that this question would better be directed towared an
Outlook Express newsgroup, or even one in the news. heirarchy; this
newsgroup is for the database program Microsoft Access.
