I've downloaded the Grisoft version it turns out to be a 30 day trial which
it is counting down each day, at the end of this I guess they will ask for
payment.

Did you first uninstall 7.5 Trial (with, I believe, selecting remove
user settings and virus vault) before installing 7.5 Free?

spend around $30-40 and get something great like Nod32?

Go to the above site. Click on "Download "Free" version.
Install over your current 7.1 version as a "repair install"
Or, uninstall AVG and install the new FREE Ver 7.5 as a new install.

No trouble at all if one learns the difference between "trial" and
"free" and one installs the correct version in the first place.

You get what you pay for.

Then you should pay ESET a couple thou a year so you get a super duper
great "something".

BTW, doesn't Agent 4.1 have the capacity for quoting when replying
like old Agent does ;-)?
