free FTP daemon/server

Is there any free FTP server / daemon utility
for windows ?
I am using Win 2000 professional .
evcry time I always use a ftp get from my
PC.
I would like to put files from a unix box
to my windows machine. But i think i need to
have a server running on my win machine for that...
please suggest some utilities .
