Basically I'm the only one who uses my computer but ever once in awhile some
of my family will use it so I'm the administrators of it and I read the site
where share files is my Make this folder Private is grayed out.

Then create an account that doesn't have Administrator rights and then give
or deny access to those programs/folders you see fit.
