you can have windows 98 on a new PC and that wouldn't change the size of the PCI slots on a motherboard...

no - just saying for the benefit of other people.

i have about 7 sticks of EDO ram laying around and a broken motherboard (P4 i think) and some other crap if anyone wants that so i have no use for any old bits - they end up clogging my wardrobe lol...

thanks anyway...

I've got a Voodoo One Grafix card, boxed with CD and that connector cable you needed to connect to your regular PCI grafix card, which would probably, at the time, be a Matrox flavour of some kind if you had any class. It's a freebie folks! You pay postage.

I also have a very nice Heinz baked bean can, no lid but in perfect condition and thoroughly clean. I'm sure some enterprising folks could find a use for this valuable artifact, a slice of Britain's history free to the first person to ask. You pay postage.

I'd pay £32.50 just to watch Flops try and do that!!

You did see that the P4 board is (aparently) broken... i don't know what the problem with it is and iv'e never tested it either. the school IT teacher gave it to me and told me it was dead...

physically its in perfect condition. It might be missing a jumper (2 at a push) but otherwise tis fine...

i THINK its an i845 chipset...

It's OK, sort of on-a-holiday-and-let's-have-a-look-round-this-place kind of way.

Real good swiming pool/water chute theme type thingie there, except for some 12 year old landed on me head and nearly drowned me :D

Anyway, as in any town, ya gotta know where to look ;)

Which, admittedly, can be somewhat limited when you're sixteen :p

Now, what else I got for sale here? Bag of assorted EDO RAM, all 32 and 64 I think....

Are you talking about 'Splashdown'? (Water chutes)
Dunno mate, can't remember, but probably. Had a short holiday, a week, in Swanage in '99. I think it was '99, we saw Mr Bean at the cinema next door. And had a Pizza there too as I remember.

It was some kind of modern complex on the outskirts of town.

And now, what else do I have for sale? Ah yes, two oscilloscopes.....
