Free/busy shows "no information" - Outlook 2002 SP3

For some users the free/busy schedule shows "no information" beginning at the
1st of a new month (month may differ), while others seem to be ok. Any
thoughts on this?

What do these users have set for the default period for publishing
free/busy? If you increase it to 6 months or 12 months (maximum), does it
help?

I changed it to 4 months but there is no change. I also don't see the
recurring appointments in the 1st 2 months.

I am also having the same problem, and changing users' free/busy settings has
no effect. It doesn't matter what it's set to, when you add people to a
meeting, after a certain date, their time shows up as 'no information'. Any
other ideas?
