Free Busy Scheduling

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone gotten Free Busy Scheduling to work? It seems to work for some of
our users and not for others. I have checked ALL settings and verified them
as correct.

Also, is there any way from Outlook to force Free Busy Scheduling to update
immediately?

Go to tools, options, Calendar button. At the bottom in the Advanced options box, select Free/Busy...here is where you can set your preference for how far in the future you want you info and how often you want your server to update.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I had already checked all of that before
sending my first message. I have checked, verified and re-verified that
everything is correct. But still it works for some of our folks and not for
others. Seems pretty random.
