Free/Busy - Resource Scheduling

We have set our conference rooms as mailboxes on our exchange server, and we
are not able to see free/busy information after Sep 1 for these conference
rooms-

How can I set this up???

Create a profile for the resource mailbox, then go to Tools, Options,
Calendar Options, click Free/Busy Options. Specify how many months need to
be published. I think the default is 3 but someone may have changed it
awhile back. If that still doesn't work open this profile w/ the
/cleanfreebusy switch.

Thanks for the reply- The default was 2 months and we changed to 12 months
and it didn't work-

So opened the conference room resource profile with /cleanfreebusy switch
and this worked-

I had to open all the conference rooms like this in order for them to show
the free busy information-
