freaky internet disconnection

Lately it seems there's always something wrong with the internet. Right now
my computer at home can't connect to the internet. No matter what I type into
internet explorer it says "internet explorer could not find the search you
are looking for". I use a Linksys router as well as a modem and both of
those have an excellent signal. What's going on??

Could be a number of Problems.
Are you running Firewall software? are IP address' specified as 'Trusted'?
