framework for LINUX

I wrote a site ' and only now i discovered the server
does not support windows only LINUX ( they wrote me to
use perl,CGI MYSQL) is there a version of the frame work
for linux?

Does this also work on PDAs with linux?

E.g. zaurus with
Linux 2.4 (Embedix) / PersonalJava (Jeode) QTopia + Qt Palmtop Environment?
