Fragmented Files

How do you clean up fragmented files to recover disk
space. I have tried all of the tools and nothing works.
 
Hi:
For disk space and performance, I use "accessories/system
tools/disk defragmentor" along with 'Win Cleaner/Utility
Suite' and sometime 'Disk Cleanup' on XP. Afterwards, my
machine has been getting faster along with 'non-wastful
disk space.'

Start/My Computer/right click the drive (usually c)/Properties/Tools
Tab/Defragentation is at the bottom. Also available at: Start/All
Programs/Accessories/System Tools, and also under Tools in Help and Support.

start button \ programs \ accessories \ system tools \ disk
defragmenter
