FP2k error message when attempting to import certain files - HELP !

I running XP Pro on my home PC and get the following Error Message from FP2k
when attempting to import some Flash Files... myfile.swf... into FrontPage
2000.

"An error occured accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors - if authoring
against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this server's site.
WebMasters - please see the server's system for more details."

These are family photo's I really need to have up before Thanksgiving. Can
anyone help me?

Thanks - tmb

PS
I'm wondering if file size has anything to do with the error as I can import
files less than one meg it seems... but somewhere over that I get the error
message...

This probably has nothing to do with it but extra info for anyone who may
help me.

I'm not sure FP has a size/file type limit, but you never
know. If FP is barfing on the.swf files, you might try
changing the.swf extension to.sw_. Just a thought.

Might you be able to FTP the files to your publishing
directory?

Hoping this helps,

Byron

Make sure the file is under 1MB in size.

Mike,

That must be the problem.

How can I "import" a file over 1mb into FP2k?

Thanks,

If you are running Windows 2000 Pro, this have become a recent issue for
some users. I do not know of a solutions.

Also I not sure if this depends on if you are working with a disk-based web
or server-based web.

I am not seeing this problem with FP2000 under Windows XP Home working
against a Windows 2000 Server with FP2000 extensions.
