Hi Steve,
If you mean when you run from the command prompt the page opens, the site
does not open and no errors are displayed - in that case it is mostly an
issue with Web Folders. To confirm this, just go to Network Places and add
a new network place and point it to your
http://location. This would fail
or freeze. If it does, then just delete all your existing Web folders to
http locations and go as per the KB documented at
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=287402
BTW can you browse to that site from IE?
