FP2000 on WinXP Components won't work

I'm new to FP. I have been finding that Confirmation
pages and components aren't working on my desktop PC. I
have IIS installed. How do I get them to work.

Are you sure the FrontPage Server Extensions are installed?

For example, can you choose Open Web from the File menu,
and then open http://127.0.0.1?
