FP2000 Error message

Please help with the following message
"Could not find web server at url on port 80"

I tried to set up a folder with a password on my web site using FP2000. I
think the problem happened when I tried to "Convert to Web" and then
"Publish to Web" as my machine locked up after a while and I had to re-boot.
I am running xp home

I went to MS Knowledge base and their instruction did not help and I did
search google...so I did do some homework but am not frustrated because my
company website is down... http://fms-clean.com

XP Home does not come with a Web Server. XP Pro does.
