fp counter issue

When using the fp counter, I am only getting a read-out of 1, even though I
have reset the value.

open the web live through frontpage, delete the counter and reinsert it and
see if that helps, otherwise, while you have the live web/page open go to
the counter properties and reset the counter on the live site, rather than
your local copy.
