FP Couldn't Open File

When I'm in MS Office FP and open pages or add Interactive Buttons, the pages
do open and I can insert the Buttons, but each time I open a page, click on
the page for editing after its open, or insert a button, an error bell
(de-du) sounds and I get a FP popup that reads:

"Couldn't open file C:\Documents and Settings\Michelle\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir\23bf0bbe.htm"

Then I have to click "OK" and wait for the page to load with the bell and
message sometimes popping up a 2nd time. The same happens when I go to close
the page.

I tried reinstalling FP and I tried repairing FP, but then when I reopen FP,
I get the same message with a different number at the end, such as
"\9d4f1dfa.htm"

I am able to get my work done, but it is annoying to keep getting the bell
and message, then having to click "OK" all the time.

Can someone who really know their stuff please tell me what the problem is
and how to correct it? Thanks a Million!!

In addition to the message below, I tried the last 2 steps in FP Cleaner,
which did not resolve the matter, then I typed "%UserProfile%\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir" in IE, which came up "no
files selected"
