FP 2003 question before buying upgrade

Can I run this okay on a Windows 98SE based operating system or do I need
XP?

So it will not work properly with 98SE?

I have Win 2000 but have never used it before. Should I use it with FP 2003
instead.

It will not install under Window 98/SE. Unless you buy Windows XP, you will
have to use Windows 2000.
