FP 2003 php

I would like to publish my website using php. I followed the directions in
setting my options to use php but it doesn't seem to be working. I get a
message saying I need to use WinRar.

Any suggestions?
 
What directions are you following and what is not working? WinRar is a file
compression program, and has nothing to do with publishing a website.
You publish a website using either FP extensions with HTTP, or using FTP -
PHP has nothing to do with publishing, (but has everything to do with page
processing on the server).
