FP 2003 Insert table

I have just updated to FP 2003 and when I click the insert table to set up
the table parameters the page is too long for the approval button at the
bottom to show.

Requires you to change you screen resolution to 1024 x 768 and not 800 x 600.

Increase the resolution of your screen. You should also download and
install SP1 from Office Update. (Help | Check for updates).
