FP 2003, how to publish all pages

In FP 2003, is there an equivalent of the Publish All Pages? -A way to
select all pages for publishing to a web, regardless of whethere they were
changed or not.

File | Publish Site | the Remote Web Site Properties dialog box comes up -
use the Publishing tab and choose Publish All Pages
