FP 2003 FTP passive mode

We cannot get the passive mode to work. We can get our web site listing in
Remote Web Site Properties but cannot move files.

Did you set passive FTP mode up under IE, as FP use IE?

We are using FP 2003 and have set the options for passive ftp in both FP and
IE.

What specifically is not working?

FP can only publish via FTP, not allow you to edit or move files around on the live/remote site via
FTP.

FP can only edit the live / remote site when the server has the FP extensions and the site is
accessed via FP's http mode.
