FP 2003 can't insert video

I thought I had seen a posted note on this, but it does not come up. In that note the user stated that the insert-picture-video icon was dimmed. The author said to go to a particular menu and click compatibility and the appropriate checks. That must have been for an older version of FP. I have tried everything to get that icon to work. The only thing that does work for me is to copy the video to a clipboard and then paste it into my web page. The video works, but is there an answer to making the icon functional? Thanks.

Yes, choose Page Options from the Tools menu, click the
Compatability tab (or, in FP2003, the Authoring tab),
then set all the drop-down lists to Custom and select all
the checkboxes.

Thanks for the response. I had checked both Netscape and IE for the browsers. Changing that to custom did it.
